– AdWolf Property reserves the right to change terms without prior notification.
1.4. Service Provider Screening:
– AdWolf Property carefully screens and onboards Service Providers with a focus on impeccable service records.
– While efforts are made to ensure quality, AdWolf Property is not directly liable for service quality guarantees.
1.5. User Satisfaction:
– Users are responsible for satisfying themselves with the service provided by the Service Provider.
– AdWolf Property endeavors to address User concerns but cannot be held directly liable for service quality grievances.
1.6. Dispute Resolution:
– AdWolf Property is not a party in disputes between the User and Service Provider.
– Users indemnify AdWolf Property for any claims/liabilities arising from such disputes.
1.7. Cancellation and Refunds Policy:

– AdWolf Property, hereafter referred to as “Company,” serves as an online portal connecting Users with Home Service Providers
– The Company does not act as an agent but facilitates transactions on a principal-to-principal basis.

3.1. Connector Role:
– AdWolf Property, referred to as the “Company,” acts as an intermediary between Users and Service Providers for property inspection services.
– The Company maintains a principal-to-principal transaction model.
3.2. User Information:
– Users voluntarily share confidential details on the Company’s portal for property inspection services.
– The Company may modify terms without explicit user notification.
3.3. Service Provider Terms:
– Similar to Home Services, property inspection services are governed by both Company and Service Provider terms.
– Users are advised to review Service Providers’ terms as well.
3.4. Quality Assurance:
– The Company screens Service Providers, but service quality guarantees are not directly endorsed.
– User satisfaction responsibilities are shared between the User and the Service Provider.
3.5. Dispute Resolution:
– In case of disputes between Users and Service Providers, the Company is not a party, and Users indemnify the Company.
– Policies for cancellations, refunds, and dispute resolution vary based on circumstances.
5.1. Facilitation Role:
– AdWolf Property, herein referred to as the “Company,” acts solely as a facilitator between tenants and landlords, operating on a principal-to-principal basis.
5.2. User Information Handling:
– User data usage complies with the Company’s Privacy Policy.
– Users should agree to the Privacy Policy before accessing the Company’s portal.
5.3. Confidential Information:
– Confidential information, including credit/debit card details, shared voluntarily, is at the User’s discretion.
– The Company holds no responsibility for any misuse of such information by third parties.
5.4. User Responsibilities:
– Users must verify landlord details before rent payment.
– The Company is not responsible for refund in case of wrong details or disputes between parties.
5.5. Fraud Prevention:
– Users are advised not to disclose sensitive card information; the Company never seeks such details except through secure methods.
5.6. Dispute Resolution:
– The Company is not a party to disputes between Users/tenants and landlords.
– Users indemnify the Company in case of any claims or liabilities arising from such disputes.
6.1. Facilitation and Independence:
– AdWolf Property, referred to as the “Company,” serves as a connector between users and legal service providers, operating on a principal-to-principal basis.
– Legal service providers are independent entities and not agents or employees of the Company.
6.2. User Information Handling:
– User data handling aligns with the Company’s Privacy Policy, and any changes to terms are at the Company’s discretion.
6.3. Quality Assurance:
– While the Company carefully screens legal service providers, it doesn’t guarantee service quality, and users must address concerns directly with providers.
6.4. User Responsibilities:
– Users need to satisfy themselves with information from legal service providers.
– Disputes between users and service providers make the Company non-liable, and users indemnify the Company in such cases.
6.5. Cancellation and Refunds:
– Refund eligibility depends on the stage of legal service provision and documentation provided by the user.
6.6. Dispute Resolution:
– Disputes arising from legal services are subject to arbitration, and the decision of the arbitrator, based in Mumbai, is final.

– AdWolf Property acts as a facilitator between property owners, potential tenants, and service providers/brokers, maintaining a principal-to-principal transaction.
8.2. Definition of Parties:
– “Property Owner” refers to the rightful owner leasing property.
– “Potential Tenant” is an entity willing to rent the property.
– “Service Provider/Broker” engages in assisting property owners to find tenants.
8.3. Responsibilities and Police Verification:
– Owners are responsible for property details’ accuracy.
– Owners must cooperate in police verification of tenants.
8.4. Confidentiality and Dispute Resolution:
– Information confidentiality aligns with the Privacy Policy.
– AdWolf Property is not responsible for service quality concerns but aims to resolve owner concerns.
– Disputes are not the responsibility of AdWolf Property and must be settled between the parties involved.
12.1. Liability and Dispute Resolution:
– AdWolf Property is not liable for service quality concerns but aims to address owner concerns.
– The company is not a party to disputes between the owner and service provider/broker or tenant.
12.2. Cancellation Policy:
– Owners can cancel within 5 working days for a complete refund without bonuses.
– No cancellations allowed after 5 working days or after a service provider is assigned.
13.1. Confidential Information:
– All confidential information shared by the owner is at their sole discretion.
– AdWolf Property, service providers, or their representatives may contact the owner via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
13.2. Information Usage:
– Use of owner information is subject to AdWolf Property’s Privacy Policy.
– The company reserves the right to change terms without notifying the owner.
13.3. Service Quality and Dispute Resolution:
– AdWolf Property cannot be held responsible for service quality issues.
13.4. Modification of Terms:
– AdWolf Property reserves the sole right to modify, amend, change, refuse, or revoke services, offers, and terms without liability or notice.
13.5. Jurisdiction:
– Any disputes arising pursuant to these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
15.1. Quotation and Changes:
– Quotation amount is subject to the item/article list, movement date, source, and destination address as provided by the owner.
– Any change in parameters may cause the quotation amount to change. The owner agrees to pay the difference in cases of variation from the actual details provided.
15.2. Promotions/Discounts:
– Promotions and discounts offered are subject to AdWolf Property’s terms and conditions.
– The owner agrees that the company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notifying them.
16.1. Arbitration:
– In case of disputes between users and AdWolf Property, arbitration by an independent and neutral third party shall be the resolution method.
– The place of arbitration is Mumbai, and the proceedings are governed by the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
17.1. Overview:
– AdWolf Property facilitates a Guaranteed Tenant Plan (GTP) as a service for property owners, potential tenants, and service providers/brokers.
17.2. Photoshoot Permission:
– AdWolf Property may request a property photoshoot for better marketing, and owner cooperation is sought.
17.3. Owner’s Responsibility for Property Details:
– Owners are responsible for the accuracy, reliability, and authenticity of property details.
– Non-cooperation during three separate site visits may lead to refund ineligibility.
17.4. Police Verification:
– Owners are responsible for conducting police verification of tenants as prescribed by law.
17.5. Confidentiality and Contact:
– Confidential information provided by owners is used per AdWolf Property’s Privacy Policy.
– AdWolf Property reserves the right to change terms without notice.
17.6. Service Quality Concerns:
– AdWolf Property can’t be held liable for service quality concerns but will make best efforts to address owner concer ns during the subscription.
17.7. Dispute Resolution:
– AdWolf Property is not a party to disputes between owner & service provider/broker, owner & tenant. The owner indemnifies the company for any claims/liabilities arising from such disputes.
18.1. Cancellation Rights:
– Owners can cancel the GTP plan within 5 working days of activation for a complete refund with no bonuses.
18.2. Cancellation Limitations:
– No cancellation is allowed after 5 working days, especially if a service provider/broker has been assigned.
18.3. Conclusion:
– By subscribing to AdWolf Property’s GTP plan, owners agree to the terms, responsibilities, and refund criteria outlined in this policy.
19.1. Introduction:
– AdWolf Property (“Company”) facilitates Legal Services as a connector between the user (“User”) and independent legal service providers (“Service Provider”).
19.2. Service Provider Definition:
– “Service Provider” refers to a legal entity or individual engaged in providing legal services. They operate independently and are not agents or employees of AdWolf Property.
19.3. User Definition:
– “User” encompasses individuals or entities purchasing legal services on AdWolf Property’s portal.
19.4. Confidentiality and Contact:
– Confidential information shared by the user is at their discretion and risk.
– User agrees to be contacted by the Service Provider via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
– AdWolf Property’s Privacy Policy governs information use, with the right to change terms without notice.
19.5. Service Provider Screening:
– AdWolf Property carefully screens Service Providers for a reputable service record. However, the company is not directly liable for service quality guarantees.
19.6. User Satisfaction and Dispute Resolution:

– Disputes between the user and Service Provider indemnify AdWolf Property from claims/liabilities.

21.4. Non-Endorsement and Confidentiality:

– User shares confidential information voluntarily, agreeing to be contacted by the Company or Service Provider via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
21.5. Service Provider Governance and Due Diligence:
– Services governed by Service Provider’s specific terms, shared with the User before order placement.
– AdWolf Property not liable for Service Provider acts, services, or third-party offers.
– Users advised due diligence before engaging with Service Providers.

– AdWolf Property (“Company”) offers a platform to facilitate online rent services for Users.
22.2. Service Provider Definition:
– In this context, the term “Service Provider” refers to the channel partners with AdWolf Property.
22.3. User Definition:
– “User” refers to entities or individuals using AdWolf Property’s platform for online rent services.
22.4. Non-Endorsement and Confidentiality:
– Company acts as a facilitator, not endorsing specific providers.
– User agrees to the Company’s privacy policy for information sharing and communication preferences.
22.5. Payment Processing Terms:
– Users acknowledge that online payments are subject to the terms and conditions of the selected service provider.
– AdWolf Property not liable for any issues, losses, or disputes arising from payment transactions.

22.11. Jurisdiction:
– Any disputes related to Pay Rent services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the region specified by AdWolf Property.

– AdWolf Property offers a Guaranteed Tenant Plan (“GTP Plan”) facilitating property owners, potential tenants, and service providers/brokers.
25.2. Principal-to-Principal Transaction:
– The Company acts as a facilitator in principal-to-principal transactions between property owners, potential tenants, and service providers/brokers.
25.3. Key Definitions:
– Property Owner/User/Owner: Legal owner of a property willing to lease it through AdWolf Property.
– Potential Tenant: Entity or individual seeking a tenancy in a property listed on AdWolf Property.
– Service Provider/Broker: Business or individual assisting in finding tenants, enrolled with AdWolf Property.
25.4. Cancellation Policy:
– Owners can cancel the GTP Plan within 5 working days for a full refund.
– No cancellation after 5 working days unless the service provider/broker is not assigned.
25.5. Confidentiality and Cooperation:
– Owner’s confidential information is used per the Company’s privacy policy.
– Owners must cooperate during property visits and maintain listing accuracy.
25.6. Non-Liability and Dispute Resolution:
– Company is not liable for service quality concerns raised by owners.
– Disputes between owner/service provider or owner/tenant indemnify the Company.
25.7. Additional Terms:
– Owners responsible for police verification of tenants.
– Refunds processed as per defined criteria; no partial refunds entertained.
26.1. Introduction:
– AdWolf Property provides legal services for users engaging in property transactions.
26.2. Legal Consultation:
– Users may seek legal consultation related to property transactions through AdWolf Property’s platform.
26.3. Independent Legal Professionals:
– Legal services are provided by independent legal professionals engaged by AdWolf Property.
26.4. Principal-to-Principal Transaction:
– Legal services operate on a principal-to-principal basis, and AdWolf Property is a facilitator in connecting users with legal professionals.
26.5. User Responsibilities:

– AdWolf Property, an online portal, facilitates connections between property owners, potential tenants, and service providers/brokers through its Guaranteed Tenant Plan (“GTP Plan”).
31.2. Party Definitions:
– Landlord/Owner: The rightful owner willing to lease their property.
– Potential Tenant: Individual or entity seeking tenancy.
– Service Provider/Broker: Engaged in assisting owners to find tenants.
31.3. GTP Plan Details:
– Exclusive plan available to property owners subscribing online through AdWolf Property.
– Property listings made before GTP Plan subscription will be deactivated during the plan duration.
– No commission to Service Provider/Broker under the GTP Plan.
– Service Provider/Broker finds potential tenants based on owner preferences.
31.5. Photoshoot Request:
– Service Provider/Broker may request a photoshoot for better promotion with owner cooperation.
31.6. Owner’s Responsibilities:
– Owners are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of property details.
– Cooperation during site visits is essential, and non-cooperation on three separate occasions may forfeit the refund.
31.7. Police Verification:
– Owners are responsible for conducting necessary police verification of tenants.
31.8. Refund Process:
– Refund processed based on the rent bracket and bonus amount as specified.
– 100% refund initiated if a Service Provider/Broker is not assigned within 5 working days.
– Full amount + bonus paid if the renting process isn’t completed within the agreed timeline.
31.9. Confidential Information:
– Owner information disclosure is voluntary, and AdWolf Property and affiliates may contact owners via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
31.10. Quality Concerns:
– AdWolf Property is not liable for service quality concerns but endeavors to resolve owner concerns during the plan duration.
31.11. Character and Credibility:
– AdWolf Property does not verify or express opinions on tenant character or credibility; it facilitates the process through Service Provider/Broker.
31.12. Dispute Resolution:
– Disputes between owner and Service Provider/Broker or owner and tenant are not AdWolf Property’s responsibility; owners indemnify AdWolf Property for any claims/liabilities arising from such disputes.
32.1. Conclusion:
– AdWolf Property reserves the right to modify terms and conditions without prior notice.
32.2. Jurisdiction:
– Any disputes arising fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
32.3. Cancellation and Refunds Policy:
– Rescheduling requests are subject to appropriate fees based on the service delivery time..
– Quotation amount subject to change based on user-provided details; differences to be paid by the user.
32.4. Other Terms:
– User’s confidentiality voluntarily disclosed is subject to AdWolf Property’s Privacy Policy.
– Third-party offers subject to their terms; AdWolf Property assumes no liability.
– Users advised to do proper due diligence before engaging with any Service Provider.
32.5. Promotions/Discounts:
– Subject to AdWolf Property’s terms and conditions; changes without prior notice.
32.6. Dispute Resolution:
– Disputes between users and AdWolf Property referred to a sole arbitrator, and the decision is final and binding.
32.7. Guaranteed Tenant Plan – Additional Terms:
– Owners should cooperate during property photoshoot requests.
– Refunds processed based on rent brackets and bonus amounts; no partial refunds entertained.
32.8. Cancellation Policy – Guaranteed Tenant Plan:
– Owners can cancel within 5 working days for a complete refund; no cancellations after this period if the Service Provider/Broker is assigned and communicated to the owner.
32.9. Confidential Information:
– Owner information disclosure is voluntary, and AdWolf Property and affiliates may contact owners via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
32.10. Quality Concerns:
– AdWolf Property is not liable for service quality concerns but endeavors to resolve owner concerns during the plan duration.
32.11. Character and Credibility:
– AdWolf Property does not verify or express opinions on tenant character or credibility; it facilitates the process through Service Provider/Broker.
32.12. Indemnification:
– Owners indemnify AdWolf Property for any claims/liabilities arising from disputes between owners and Service Provider/Broker or owners and tenants.
32.13. Cancellation Policy:
– Owners can cancel within 5 working days for a complete refund; no cancellations after this period if the Service Provider/Broker is assigned and communicated to the owner.
